Job Summary

Providing critical multi-state coverage, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Float Therapist will deliver evidence-based therapy for eating disorders via telehealth, ensuring continuity of care during clinician absences and peak periods while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for eating disorders and related diagnoses, adapting care plans as needed
• Maintain clinical availability during designated peak hours, including 3-4 late evening shifts per week
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless treatment coordination

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient or telepsychology settings
• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted clinical state license allowing for independent practice across 30 or more US states
• Demonstrated experience working with eating disorders and providing evidence-based treatment modalities via telehealth
• Ability to maintain predictable schedule availability for late evening shifts
