Job Summary
Seeking a Multi-State Licensed Medical Director who will provide comprehensive clinical care, mentor mid-level practitioners, and drive innovative healthcare initiatives in a full-time remote position across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care in line with regulatory standards, focusing on medical weight management and hormone replacement therapy
- Mentor and develop Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to ensure adherence to care protocols
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork while optimizing operational procedures for enhanced patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Board certified MD with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in Weight Loss or Hormone Replacement Therapy is a significant plus
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement clinical protocols operationally
- Multi-state licensed (including CA and TX) with a DEA Registration Certificate
- Experience leading quality improvement or clinical operations work
