Multi-State Licensed Nephrologist
Job Summary
To support a growing virtual specialty care team, a part-time Multi-State Licensed Nephrologist will provide high-quality nephrology consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans through a fully remote telehealth platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide virtual Nephrology consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans via telehealth
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage chronic kidney diseases while conducting follow-up visits for established patients
- Collaborate with other specialists to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care and maintain compliance with clinical protocols
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed fellowship training in Nephrology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses (multi-state licensure preferred)
- Comfortable providing care in a telehealth environment
