Multi-State Licensed Pharmacist Supervisor

Job Summary

To lead a distributed team of specialty pharmacists in a remote environment, the Multi-State Licensed Pharmacist Supervisor will manage training and development, oversee staffing and coverage, and ensure standardization of processes while driving high-quality clinical and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive pharmacist training program and structured onboarding path
• Manage daily pharmacist coverage across multiple pods, adjusting based on queue volume and complexity
• Define and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance across pharmacy operations

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license; PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in multiple states for remote practice
• 5+ years of specialty pharmacy experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in building training programs and leading process standardization
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflows, including prior authorization and clinical review
