Multi-State Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Primary Care Physician will provide high-quality virtual primary care through video visits, manage a panel of patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality virtual primary care through video visits, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education
• Manage a panel of patients, delivering comprehensive care across acute, chronic, and preventive needs
• Collaborate with the Care and Case Management team to develop care plans and support successful outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 3-4 year Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds residency or equivalent
• Active medical license and board certification in Family Medicine through ABMS or AOA
• 3+ years of post-residency primary care experience managing an independent patient panel
• Willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and/or PAs)
• Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid participation, with no sanctions or exclusions
