Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care model, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, conduct virtual consultations, and oversee Nurse Practitioners while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care and conduct virtual consultations to assess medical concerns and develop treatment plans
- Serve as a supervising physician for Nurse Practitioners, including coaching and clinical consultation
- Participate in clinical quality improvement and ensure accurate documentation to support quality measurement and population health initiatives
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- At least five years of experience practicing in a primary care setting
- Current board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active unrestricted physician license in Massachusetts and an additional 35+ states is highly desired
- Experience working collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary care teams
