Job Summary

Seasoned and results-driven, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Real Estate Agent will manage acquisitions and dispositions for institutional buyers and sellers of single-family homes, utilizing AI tools while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire transaction process, from drafting and presenting offers to negotiating terms and managing listings from contract to close
• Collaborate with transaction coordinators and pricing teams to ensure smooth operations and strategic decision-making
• Adapt to evolving tools and processes in a fast-paced startup environment, maintaining high performance and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Active real estate licenses in at least 3 states within the specified operating footprint
• 5+ years of experience managing both acquisitions and dispositions in real estate transactions
• Demonstrated experience in building AI workflows that enhance real estate operations
• Strong technical skills with CRM systems, G-Suite, and communication tools
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet transaction demands
