Job Summary
Providing triage and health advice remotely, the part-time Multi-State Licensed Registered Nurse will assess patient symptoms, process prescription refill requests, and coordinate patient transfers using computerized protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver triage and health advice by phone to patients and clients
- Document calls electronically in real time and process prescription refill requests
- Assist with patient transfers and participate in transitional care calls for discharged patients
Required qualifications
- Current RN license in North Dakota, Minnesota, and/or Wisconsin upon hire
- Ability to obtain RN license in all three states within three months of hire
- Experience with ambulatory computer software systems
- Availability for evening shifts from 1 PM to 4 PM
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
