Multi-State Licensed SPOC Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of 10-12 specialists, the full-time Multi-State Licensed SPOC Supervisor will oversee the Single Point of Contact team in the Loss Mitigation group, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, including team management, performance evaluations, and coordination with HR for disciplinary actions
• Conduct regular training sessions and provide live feedback through call observations to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with loss mitigation guidelines and manage department work queues effectively

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• Must possess NMLS and SAFE Licenses along with at least 14 State Licenses
• In-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation options
• Experience in mortgage servicing and compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations and guidelines related to mortgage loan servicing
