Job Summary
Coordinating the Remote Patient Monitoring Program, the part-time hourly Multi-State Licensed Telehealth Nurse will oversee patient selection, setup, and training for telehealth monitoring while evaluating outcomes and providing direct care as needed in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee patient selection, setup, and training for telehealth monitoring systems
- Plan, direct, deliver, and evaluate telehealth-related outcomes
- Alert clinical staff to patient condition changes for proactive interventions
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with multi-state eligibility
- Minimum of three years of RN experience in an adult acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to form positive patient relationships
- Experience in innovative care models preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
