Multi-State Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
Providing virtual preventive and primary care services, the part-time Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will conduct annual wellness visits, manage chronic conditions, and perform follow-up consultations for Medicare patients while working flexible hours from home.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual Annual Wellness Visits and evaluations for new patients
- Manage chronic conditions and support remote patient monitoring
- Document patient encounters accurately within the EHR and maintain compliance with telehealth requirements
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license(s)
- Experience providing preventive and/or primary care services
- Licensed in three or more states, including Mississippi, Louisiana, Illinois, Georgia, or South Carolina
- Ability to commit at least 16 hours per week
- Experience using EHR systems and comfortable with telehealth technology
