Multi-State Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a nationwide virtual medical practice, the contract Telehealth Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive virtual care through scheduled and on-demand visits, requiring a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week in a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
- Manage chronic conditions and provide follow-up consultations
- Build strong patient rapport and maintain accurate medical records in the EHR system
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP license in three or more states, including MS, LA, IL, GA, or SC
- Experience providing preventative and/or primary care, with a preference for telehealth experience
- Must confirm no involvement in a malpractice settlement
- Strong digital fluency and experience with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Ability to provide own equipment that meets strict technical standards
