Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN

Job Summary

To support a growing medical call center, the full-time Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN will assess patient symptoms, deliver health education, and guide patients to appropriate care levels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
• Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
• Consult with physicians as needed to ensure appropriate patient care

Required qualifications

• Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in computer usage and typing at least 25 wpm
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and handle confidential information
