Job Summary
Utilizing clinical expertise and technology, the full-time Remote Multi-State Licensed Telephone Triage RN will assess patient symptoms, provide health education, and guide patients to appropriate care levels while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
- Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing their symptoms
- Consult with physicians and assist in directing patients to the appropriate level of care
Required qualifications
- Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
- At least 2 years of RN experience
- Proficiency in computer use with a typing speed of at least 25 wpm
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills to extract key patient information
- Ability to comply with HIPAA regulations and handle confidential information
