Multi-State Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To provide quality, stigma-free care, the full-time Multi-State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will conduct virtual visits, perform health assessments, and develop comprehensive health care plans focused on sexual wellness and PrEP.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth health counseling and evaluate individuals' health needs to create effective care plans
- Perform physical assessments and coordinate care through telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Current, unrestricted licenses in a minimum of 6 states
- Board certification from a National Certifying Body (e.g., American Nurses Credentialing Center)
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- AAHIVS certification preferred
