Multi-State Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine practice, the full-time Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will perform initial consultations, routine visits, and comprehensive follow-ups, focusing on metabolic health and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals in a fully virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient consultations and routine medical visits via secure telemedicine platforms
- Review laboratory results and cardiac imaging, translating complex biomarkers into actionable patient strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and health coaches to deliver integrated care and formulate personalized health plans
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP license
- Multi-state licensure (or eligibility/willingness to obtain compact/multi-state licenses) is highly preferred
- Strong interest or experience in metabolic health, preventive cardiology, or functional/lifestyle medicine
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging video consultations and public speaking
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and remote monitoring tools
