Job Summary
To provide high-quality telemedicine care, the remote Multi-State Nurse Practitioner will consult with patients experiencing mental health conditions, proactively manage treatment plans, and collaborate with operational support, all while embodying a patient-centric approach.
Key responsibilities
- Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions
- Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans and adjust as necessary
- Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
Required qualifications
- At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, preferably in family or internal medicine
- Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
- Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift
- No restrictions on credentialing with Medicaid or other payers
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus
