Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Multi-State Payroll Manager will manage payroll processing for integrated entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance while mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-state payroll processing, maintaining accurate payroll records and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, conduct audits, and support employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
• Guide and mentor team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processing

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in multi-state payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of UKG payroll systems and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in preparing and filing payroll tax returns at various levels
• Familiarity with electronic filing systems and resolving tax notices
• Experience managing complex projects related to payroll or acquisitions
