Multi-State RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Multi-State RN Telephonic Case Manager, the full-time remote position will manage case records, evaluate medical statuses, and facilitate return-to-work solutions while ensuring adherence to healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews case records and analyzes data to evaluate medical statuses and identify obstacles to resolution
• Facilitates timely return-to-work dates by coordinating with injured workers, employers, and physicians
• Maintains communication with claims adjusters and all parties involved to ensure effective case management

Required qualifications

• Active Multi-State RN License and residency in a Compact State
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years of diverse clinical experience
• National certifications such as CCM, CRC, COHN, or CRRC preferred
• General knowledge of case management practices and ability to learn workers' compensation products
