Job Summary
Seeking Board-Certified Physicians (MD/DO) and experienced Nurse Practitioners licensed in multiple states, the remote 1099 Telehealth Providers will deliver comprehensive virtual care through scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits, focusing on Annual Wellness Visits and chronic condition management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
- Accurately document medical records in the EHR system
Required qualifications
- Board Certified for Physicians (MD/DO) with active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states
- Active, unrestricted NP license with multi-state licensure strongly preferred for Nurse Practitioners
- Experience using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Comfort conducting both phone and video consultations
- Availability aligned with virtual clinic scheduling needs
