Multicloud Engineer
Job Summary
To support and resolve production incidents across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud, the long-term contract Multicloud Engineer will manage issues end-to-end from ticket intake and troubleshooting to root cause analysis while collaborating with Platform Engineering on complex escalations in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve production incidents and manage issues from intake to resolution
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering on complex escalations
- Implement and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP; familiarity with AliCloud is a plus
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS, and Load Balancers
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
