Multifamily Conversion Analyst
Job Summary
Executing client data conversions, the full-time Multifamily Conversion Analyst will analyze and standardize multifamily property data for import into company databases, utilizing advanced Excel skills and property management platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze, standardize, and cleanse data extracts from property management platforms for conversion
- Execute data mapping, transformation, and validation steps according to established methodologies
- Manage multiple conversion projects and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily data conversion or property management operations
- Working knowledge of multifamily property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or MRI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation concepts
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet time-sensitive deliverables
