Multifamily Product Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Ancillary Technology team, the full-time Multifamily Product Specialist will manage technology solutions to drive adoption, provide internal consultancy, and coordinate with vendors and leadership to enhance operational efficiency in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive utilization of ancillary technology products by monitoring engagement data and collaborating with Operations leadership on adoption plans
• Act as a subject matter expert, resolving user inquiries and coordinating with vendor support for product-related issues
• Support the evaluation and rollout of AI-driven tools, ensuring optimal performance and user experience through targeted training and feedback collection

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with property technology platforms such as Yardi RentCafe or RealPage Suite
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools and pivot tables
• Experience in delivering training and user support to distributed teams
• Ability to manage multiple technology platforms and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
