Multifamily Senior Asset Manager
Job Summary
Advising team members on portfolio management strategies, the full-time remote Multifamily Senior Asset Manager will oversee the administration and operations of a portfolio, recommending process improvements and managing risk assessment for higher risk loans.
Key responsibilities
- Advise the team on supporting the portfolio's vision and strategic objectives
- Review portfolio progress and recommend changes in reporting performance to stakeholders
- Evaluate and manage risks of current assets while routinely reviewing governance and controls
Required qualifications
- 6 years of relevant experience in multifamily real estate, preferably in Asset Management or Underwriting
- Ability to independently assess, analyze, manage, and report on a large portfolio of higher risk loans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with the Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) program is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel
