Multimedia Communications Specialist
Job Summary
To support NASA's Chief Data Office, the remote Multimedia Communications Specialist will create marketing campaigns, manage social media, and develop comprehensive communications plans while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain communications plans using multimodal methods, including videos and newsletters
- Author employee-facing communications and develop success stories highlighting data and AI initiatives
- Provide technical editing and coordination for multimedia content and CDAIO speaking engagements
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Communications, Mass Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia software and social media platforms
- Proficiency with content management systems, such as SharePoint and WordPress
- Ability to generate innovative content ideas across various media formats
- Experience working under tight deadlines and collaborating with media production staff
