Job Summary

Joining a collaborative team remotely, the full-time Senior Multimedia Content Producer will manage the execution of storytelling content focused on growth outcomes, ensuring quality and engagement across various formats.

Key responsibilities

• Own the prep-to-publish workflows, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and maintaining quality outcomes
• Manage on-set duties, collaborating with hosts, talent, and producers to drive each content piece towards its narrative and results
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline, uncovering stories that resonate with the audience while benchmarking fit through engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in growth-oriented storytelling for video and audio, with a preference for YouTube experience
• Strong understanding of organic growth metrics and their impact on reach, retention, and conversion
• Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to extract compelling stories and craft engaging interview structures
• Ability to influence outcomes on set and provide clear direction to hosts and producers
• Comfortable working with AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning in evolving technologies
