Job Summary

Managing end-to-end video production, the full-time Multimedia Producer will ideate, plan, and deliver high-quality video content while facilitating remote shoots and directing young talent in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, produce, and deliver high-quality video content from concept to final cut, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Manage and facilitate seamless remote shoots and recordings using tools such as Zencastr
• Direct and produce engaging content featuring children, ensuring a safe and fun environment during shoots

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record producing short & mid-form video content from pre-production through final export
• Deep comfort with remote video/audio capture sessions and troubleshooting talent setups
• Prior professional experience producing or directing young children and youth talent
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software and sound design tools
• Clear, empathetic communication style with the ability to engage young creators and remote guests
