Multimedia Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join the Card Communications team in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for delivering engaging videos and design graphics that tell the Card story, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop creative strategies and manage the video production process.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with communications and business stakeholders to develop multimedia storytelling strategies that align with business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end production of high-visibility visual content, including video and graphic design
• Analyze multimedia performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve creative strategies and execution

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 3-5 years of experience in video and graphic design production in a corporate or agency environment
• 2 years of experience in video/audio concept development and production, both in-person and remote
• Proficiency in Adobe suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Adobe Audition for video/audio editing
• A strong portfolio showcasing video/audio work
