Multimedia Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a Multimedia Specialist to join the Card Communications team in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for producing engaging videos and graphic assets that effectively communicate the Card story to over 30,000 associates while collaborating with key stakeholders and utilizing data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with communicators and senior leaders to create high-impact stories through video and graphic design
• Produce and design engaging multimedia content for various communication channels, including email, Slack, and live events
• Manage video and audio shoots, providing real-time coaching to ensure effective on-camera presentations

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least three years of experience in video and graphic design production in a corporate or agency environment
• Minimum of two years of experience in video/audio concept development and production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Audition
• A strong portfolio showcasing video/audio work is preferred
