Job Summary

To support virtual Annual Wellness Visits, the full-time Multistate Licensed Telehealth RN will prepare patient charts, conduct assessments via video calls, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive Annual Wellness Visit charts and conduct virtual patient interactions to gather medical histories
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and organizational policies
• Identify patient care gaps and communicate findings to providers for improved patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted multistate/compact Registered Nurse license
• At least three years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings
• Experience managing high-volume patient care in a virtual or telehealth environment
• Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a secure home workspace
