Job Summary
To support the Doctor of Nursing Education Program, the full-time Multistate RN Licensed Lead Faculty will provide teaching and course development, assist in faculty supervision, and engage in program management activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses and maintain engagement through regular communication and feedback with students
- Assist in the development and evaluation of curriculum, as well as faculty recruitment and mentoring
- Participate in strategic planning and accreditation activities to enhance program recognition and student retention
Required qualifications
- Active, unencumbered multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Terminal degree in Nursing or the highest degree in the teaching discipline with relevant certification
- Minimum of two years' experience in the teaching discipline for undergraduate courses or five years for graduate courses
- Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online learning management systems, such as Blackboard
