Job Summary
Supporting healthcare applications in a remote environment, the full-time MUMPS Automated Test Engineer will manage testing and quality assurance activities, develop test plans and cases, and validate software enhancements in a mission-critical healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications operating in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing while ensuring data integrity across legacy healthcare applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and test objectives, and document testing metrics and results
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Experience developing detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
