Job Summary
Supporting mission-critical healthcare applications, the full-time MUMPS Automated Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans, validate software enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications operating in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments
- Validate software enhancements and perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure test objectives align with system requirements and healthcare workflows
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related field
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
