Job Summary
To support critical healthcare applications, the full-time remote MUMPS Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans, validate software enhancements, and ensure data integrity within a MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications
- Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and document testing metrics
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or system validation
- Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
