Job Summary

Leading a team of National Account Coordinators, the full-time remote Manager will oversee daily performance, develop efficient processes, and serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues while collaborating with National Account Managers to enhance customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the daily performance of the National Account Coordinator team
• Develop and refine processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee the coordination of rental orders, ensuring timely resolution of complex customer issues

Required qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of the equipment rental industry is highly preferred
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
