National Accounts Specialist

Job Summary

To support the National Accounts Program, the fully remote National Accounts Specialist will manage the lifecycle of opportunities from RFQ to order completion, ensuring fast, accurate, and consistent support for strategic customers while coordinating pricing, communication, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate RFQs, RFPs, and pricing requests for National Accounts, ensuring timely and accurate quotes
• Act as the primary internal coordinator for assigned National Account projects, facilitating communication and providing proactive updates
• Enter and maintain project data in internal systems, managing order reports and ensuring order accuracy and fulfillment

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, estimating, or project coordination, preferably in fencing, construction, distribution, or building materials
• Strong understanding of commercial and industrial fence products or the ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/CRM platforms (INFOR preferred), and reporting tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced, high-volume environments
