Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care ecosystem, the part-time National Board-Certified Health Coach will deliver evidence-based mental health and wellness coaching, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation to enhance participant outcomes, all while working remotely for 10-15 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality mental health and well-being coaching via video or phone, utilizing cognitive behavioral strategies and motivational interviewing
- Partner with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure whole-person care and contribute to a positive team culture
- Maintain accurate documentation and track participant engagement and outcomes to improve coaching quality
Required qualifications
- Active NBC-HWC certification
- Strong foundation in mental health coaching and holistic, lifestyle-based care
- Experience delivering virtual coaching preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
