National Business Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the National Business Sr. Manager will partner with the Executive Director and Sales & Key Accounts to drive sales execution, identify performance trends, and leverage data analytics to enhance field strategies in alignment with brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal analytics team to translate brand priorities into actionable field strategies
• Support alignment of field direction with corporate strategy and identify local business opportunities
• Utilize reporting tools to monitor brand performance and highlight specific opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience, or Master's degree and 6 years, or Bachelor's degree and 8 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Sales/Marketing experience
• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge of Amgen-provided datasets and systems (Vision, Compass/Veeva, etc.)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
