Job Summary
Providing remote support for enterprise image-sharing platforms, the full-time National Imaging Exchange Support Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and assist users in accessing and sharing medical images.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and administration of imaging-exchange platforms, monitoring and resolving platform issues
- Assist internal staff and external users with imaging workflows, onboarding, and troubleshooting related issues
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of technologies, including user training and documentation
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with healthcare applications and integrated workflows
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare technology and medical imaging workflows
- Basic understanding of the exchange of medical images between healthcare organizations
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and document technical processes accurately
