National Manager, PG&T

Job Summary

To lead development efforts with a key power generation/transmission and distribution utility client in the Rocky Mountain/Upper Mid-West region, the full-time National Manager, PG&T will manage and expand business relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and drive client engagement to increase revenue and enhance client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for managing and expanding the business relationship with the utility client
• Develop a strategic plan to identify business opportunities based on market research and analysis of the client's project pipelines
• Champion the identification, pursuit, and generation of new leads while ensuring client needs are met consistently and with high quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology with 12 years of related experience, or 16 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience working with power generation, distribution, and transmission clients
• Background in marketing professional services and managing accounts in commercial construction or power generation sectors
• High level of presentation and sales skills
• Experience in client engagement, proposal writing, and commercial agreements
