Key responsibilities
- Provide direct oversight, mentoring, and performance management for primary care physicians and medical directors
- Serve as the Medical Director for Bluestone ACO programs and align clinical strategy with cross-functional leadership
- Accountable for utilization outcomes and collaborate with leadership to identify continuous improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge and experience within primary care
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
