Job Summary
To support a portfolio of strategic clients, the full-time National Recycling Director will lead and develop Client Development Executives while managing client relationships, account strategies, and operational performance in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead relationship owner for 1 to 2 strategic clients, developing and executing account strategies
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Development Executives, providing ongoing feedback and support for professional development
- Identify and implement improvements in service levels, operational performance, and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sustainability, environmental services, or client/account management
- 1-3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring
- Experience managing complex client relationships and communicating effectively across organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously
