Job Summary
To support the integration of new composite reservoir accounts into a legacy mainframe accounting platform, the remote Natural/Adabas Developer will analyze existing systems, design and code new account functionalities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations while maintaining production integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze current account programs and document necessary changes for composite reservoir accounts
- Design and code master file structures, account logic, and batch processing modifications for the new account type
- Produce test data and documentation, and support implementation and early-life production runs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Enterprise COBOL development experience in a z/OS environment
- 5+ years of experience with NaturalOne
- 3+ years of JCL development and production support experience
- 3+ years of experience with financial/accounting systems development or support
- 3+ years of experience with Adabas and VSAM
