Navigator - Substance Use Recovery

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for patients enrolling in the Virtual Substance Use Recovery Program, the full-time Navigator - Substance Use Recovery will provide coordinated support, perform administrative duties, and assist with patient care while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate telemedicine appointments, admissions, and discharges for patients in the recovery program
• Answer and triage incoming calls, providing education and support to patients and their families
• Accurately document patient information and support clinic operations through various administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six months of hire
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
