Navy Medicine Subject Matter Expert
Job Summary
Seeking a Navy Medicine Subject Matter Expert, the full-time remote position will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide insights and support decision-making for the U.S. Navy operational medical community, focusing on force readiness and population health management.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with client leadership and technical staff to identify business needs and execute high-impact projects
- Advise on Service and DOD Medicine data systems, processes, and organizational roles while acting as a trusted customer advisor
- Prepare technical documentation, including white papers and reports, to support strategic-level decisions related to medical manpower and readiness
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Health Care Management, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Operations Research, or a related analytical field
- Graduate of Naval Postgraduate School or a Service Staff College (JPME Phase 1 credit)
- 15+ years of analytic experience supporting a large enterprise, with at least 4 years in Navy Medicine at a headquarters or staff level
- Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance
- Superb communication skills to engage with leadership across various functions
