Job Summary
To support a growing health coaching practice, the part-time NBC-HWC Certified Health Coach will guide a caseload of members through personalized wellness plans, utilizing virtual sessions and messaging to foster habit-building across nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management.
Key responsibilities
- Own the member experience from onboarding through progress milestones, ensuring personalized care
- Conduct live coaching sessions and provide ongoing support through timely messaging
- Develop and adjust data-informed wellness plans tailored to each member's goals and needs
Required qualifications
- NBC-HWC full board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching
- An associate's degree or higher, or equivalent experience-based path to coaching certification
- 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while ensuring individual member engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coaching and member interaction
