Job Summary
To drive growth in the mortgage market, an established NC Licensed Loan Officer will manage an exclusive territory in a full-time remote position, focusing on originating purchase-focused loans and building relationships with real estate agents through dedicated support and innovative programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate Conventional, FHA, and VA loans while maintaining existing client and agent relationships
- Meet daily with real estate agents to generate leads and referrals, utilizing the Cash to Win and RightSize Move programs
- Represent the bank in the local market, collaborating on community events and educational workshops to drive market presence
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of $20M in funded mortgage volume or 50+ funded units over the trailing 12 months
- Established purchase-focused business built on relationships with local real estate agents
- Resides in the assigned market with an existing local agent base
- Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loan products
- Proven ability to build referral networks through in-person and phone interactions
