NC or FL Licensed Loan Officer Assistant
Job Summary
To support individual Loan Officers, the remote NC or FL Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will communicate directly with borrowers, assist with loan applications, and help maintain organization throughout the mortgage process while working East Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support one assigned Loan Officer by communicating directly with borrowers during the initial stages of the mortgage process
- Assist with mortgage loan applications and collect borrower documentation
- Help maintain organization and file follow-up to ensure loans move smoothly toward closing
Required qualifications
- Active MLO license required, with Florida and/or North Carolina licensing strongly preferred
- Mortgage origination experience required
- Experience working directly with mortgage borrowers
- Ability to perform some mortgage processing responsibilities
- Availability to work East Coast hours
