Job Summary
Seeking a talented NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer, the remote position focuses on leading the design and delivery of innovative hospitality environments, including hotels and restaurants, while collaborating with various stakeholders and guiding junior designers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical aspects of interior projects from design through documentation
- Provide design leadership during project planning and execution phases
- Guide and mentor less experienced staff while managing portions of project teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or interior design (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field
- Advanced proficiency with design and modeling software (e.g., Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proven leadership and mentorship abilities in managing complex project components
- NCIDQ certified, with an interest in earning additional specialty certifications preferred
