Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IOTA Senior Designer, the full-time remote position will manage interior design, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and space planning activities for the VA Martinsburg Warehouse IOTA project, with occasional travel to Martinsburg, WV.
Key responsibilities
- Lead interior design and space planning activities to support facility outfitting and activation
- Review facility layouts and design documents while coordinating furniture and signage requirements
- Translate user and facility requirements into design, construction, and installation documentation
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in facility design
- Active National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification
- Experience in administrative operations related to furniture, fixtures, and casework
- Proven ability to translate requirements into design and installation documents
